Tuesday afternoon we held a private reception for the Alash Ensemble at the Tuva Interactive offices here in Kirkwood.  We are all so glad they could come and I want to thank them and everyone who could attend.

When we started this journey of renaming our company a year ago, we really had a difficult time coming up with something that worked. We kicked around probably 100 names. But what we kept coming back to was that it had to mean something to us.

My hero since I’ve been a kid is Richard Feynman, who was an adventurer, prankster, musician, and of course a brilliant scientist. But what I love about Richard Feynman was how he was always learning, always taking risks, and not just looking at things the same way all the time.

So with the name Tuva Interactive I think we have tried to capture a bit of Feynman’s spirit.  We strive to be a bit different, and we are always trying to learn something new and interesting.

For those of you who could not be here, we have posted some photos and three videos of the guys singing a few songs. This was such fun, and we hope to have them back to Kirkwood on their next tour.
