As a provider of non-emergency medical transportation several different roles had to be accounted for and managed. Trips are sent to Access2Care and then assigned to transportation vendors based on variable factors such as distance, cost and availability. The trips are managed and tracked through the system and full reporting is generate for the vendors and health care providers to manage payments. The Access2Care site is a one-of-a-kind system in its industry.
